Room description
Fully furnished three level townhouse in Parnell area, close to Spark Arena and downtown. Choice of two bedrooms, both furnished. Upstairs large and open with big closet, great light and air. Shared top level with owner in other bedroom, large bathroom/shower on top level. Kitchen and huge lounge on middle floor. Washer/dryer, 2nd bathroom and another small bedroom on ground floor. Spa pool, small deck and bbq also up for sharing use with owner. Bottom room on ground floor has own shower and toilet (you could use that shower as your own if wanted), brand new as of February this year. Area quiet and easy to get around.
Costs:
$300/week plus $50/wk for utilities and Internet.
$700 (two weeks rent) on move in, plus two weeks rent ($700) as bond.

I’m a 48 year old Intermediate teacher, open to all types of people, I live in city but work out South, Canadian, easy going, love meeting new people and doing random things like DJing, collecting Pokémon, watching movies, travelling etc. Friendly but a bit random with interests!!! Enjoy the occasional party with friends, looking for females only and apologies, but no pets. Hoping to find a roomie to get along with.

Female, 25+ years, down to earth, independent but also wants to be sociable, enjoys a good meal that includes meat (no vegans or vegetarians need apply!) enjoys occasional drink(s), does own things, but also likes hanging with flatmate.
