Room description
- Room with one single bed, available in a clean and tidy secured property with own private entrance for the home stay guests.
- Minimum stay is 4 weeks unless the guest is deemed disruptive by the hosts and asked to leave before the completion of 4 weeks.
- Home stay guest will have a single bed with mattress and pillow, a study table with chair and table lamp, 2 bedside tables, a cupboard and a shoe rack in the room, their own common area with access to shared shower cum toilet, fridge, micro wave, induction plate and other food warming facilities and basic crockeries and cutleries for their use (these facilities are not shared with the home owners).
- WiFi is very weak and may not meet requirement. Hence having own internet arrangement is required.
- Food not provided - need to make own arrangement. Storing and warming facilities provided.
- Only on-street parking available.
- No outside guests allowed between 9pm and 9am on all days.
- Property is located in Lynfield, a quiet and beautiful suburb of Auckland. No clutter here as is normally associated with inner city living.
- Close to bus stop with buses regularly going to the city centre. Takes about 30 minutes to reach city centre by car/bus during off peak hours.
- About 20 to 30 minutes ride to/from the airport.
- Five minutes walk to a shopping centre that has a supermarket, post shop, ATM and eateries like KFC, Wendys, Pizza Hut, Subway etc.
- Three weeks security deposit required in advance.
- Rent for the week must be paid in advance.
- Move in cost is 4 weeks rent (3 weeks deposit plus 1 week advance rent)
- Two weeks notice must be given by home stay guests for vacating the rooms.
- No smoking allowed anywhere within the property.
- Not suitable for those who wants to party, into loud music, alcoholics, or wants to have lots of friends around.
- Costs charged for electricity and water may be raised at short notice depending on actual consumption monitored from time to time. This will be at the home owner's sole discretion.
