I’m looking for a flatmate (or couple) to join me in my cosy flat in Hobsonville, one of the most exciting up-and-coming areas! The location is super convenient—Costco is just around the corner (I have a membership to share!), Westgate is nearby, and the North Shore is only a short drive away. About the Room: The bedroom is empty and ready for you to make it your own! It’s spacious enough for a double/queen bed and includes two built-in wardrobes and space for a bookshelf/desk. The room gets plenty of natural light year-round. I've included pictures of how the room was previously decorated to give you an idea of what it can fit. The rest of the house is fully furnished, so you can move in and settle right away without the hassle of buying furniture. About the Flat: The vibe here is relaxed and friendly—I keep things tidy but love having time to unwind, whether it’s watching movies or sharing a cup of tea. There’s plenty of space to relax, cook, or hang out, but I also respect quiet time and personal space. I have a 10-year-old, toothless cat named Teddy, who’s super sweet and loves attention, but he’s a bit shy at first. (Sorry, we can’t have any other pets in the flat.)
