DOUBLE BED ROOM - fully furnished in a fully renovated house.

Rental compensation can vary from $300.00 p/w to $350.00 p/w for a and Includes Utility bills, like power, cooking, water, internet and our free hospitality. Couples negotiable.

Ideally we are looking students / professionals both working, who want their whole house and a quiet space.

Note:

Our earlier flatmates_singles or couples have all enjoyed there stay with us. As most of them have stayed a year or more time with us. They come from different parts of the World: Canada, Singapore, Jordon, Malaysia, UK, India, South Africa and USA.

Presently we have single lady flatmate from Malaysia, and two tenants from India

We also have a single room for a professional, who can be with us as a flatmate, is available now. Rental compensation can vary between $250.00 - $300.00 p/w.

Lastly, Rent is negotiable for the right long term tenant.
