Are you in your mid 20s - 30s and looking for a flat because you can’t afford to buy a house in Auckland? Come join us! We’re looking for someone to join our flat in Flat Bush/Mission Heights.

Available 13th April. $242 p/w incl expenses.

~ABOUT US~

*2 females and 2 males, mid 20s - 30s working full time (Kelsey - Marketing, Sam - Automotive, Craig - IT and Mae - Retail). Social but also enjoy our own space/time.

*Two friendly cats (Felix - will try to convince you he hasn't been fed and clings to Kelsey, Spyro - likely to snuggle up with you once he is comfortable)

* Known to smack talk neighbours cats, watch Felix and Spyro have one outs and judge each others UberEats orders. Watch shows together every now and then. Not a party house but open to flat hangs.

*To keep things fair and the flat clean, we have a rotating roster for household cleaning.

~HOUSE~

*Fully furnished with two heat pumps to keep warm during winter. The yard has 4 decks so you’re spoilt for choice on where to tan or chill during the Summer.

*Plenty of grass and concrete in the yard, large lounge, dining area, and an open plan kitchen with plenty of appliances.

* Road parking available

* Bedroom unfurnishe­d. House is fully furnished.

* Local area: Lots of takeaway options, gyms, malls. supermarke­ts. Bus stop + close drive to the motorway.

About the room

~ROOM~

* good size (approx 3.5m x 3.2m) with built-in double wardrobe and air con unit. Easily fits a queen bed, drawers and desk.

* Gets plenty of sunlight and the air con unit acts as a heat pump in winter

* Sharing bathroom with one other

* $242 incl. expenses (gas, water, power, unlimited fibre internet, cleaning products, lawns). Gas means we never run out of hot water, great in winter!

* Bond is $720.

Preferred flatmate

* Ideally a someone 25 - mid 30s, previous flatting experience, clean, keen to stay long term, after a chill flat, friendly

* Ideally works Monday - Friday. No night shift.

* Lgbtqia+ individuals are welcome. No smokers, couples or pets (Spyro and Felix will happily accept cuddles and pats) due to tenancy restrictions.
