Furnished room with bed, bedside table and draws and a Hugh cupboard, also have a little fridge if needed.
The bedroom looks right onto beautiful sea views across the road from the Dunkirk Reserve.
Open plan kitchen/living area.
Big veranda at the front of the house and great back yard with table and chairs in both area's
Rent - Single -$260 or Couple $370 per week includes - Wi-Fi, Power, Water, Netflix, Sky Go.
Must like cats - I have (3) three
Viewing: Week days 10am to 6pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Week-ends 10am to 7pm
