This is a ensuite room with built in wardrobe. Lots of on street parking in front of the house. Lots of space to chill. Walk to the local shops and bus route. 5 minutes' drive to southern and northern motorways. Very centrally located, 10 minutes' walk to Manukau Westfield Mall, Manukau train and bus stations. Manukau MIT and AUT and also to KFC and McDonalds. This is not a party house, but we all enjoy a drink or two. Quiet and friendly neighborhood.
