A room available for only a girl tenant in three bedroom apartment with brand new furniture, fully furnished room. A minute away to public transport.
A fully furnished kitchen with everything available to be used and shared. High speed wifi available as well.
Cost of the room $250/ week (excluding power and wifi charges)
Move- in cost= one week rent plus two weeks bond.
We are a family of vegetarian so we only allow vegetarian cooking.
