Room description
Hi there, I am Rachel a newly graduated nurse looking for a roommate for an apartment in the Auckland CBD as my roommate is moving out. The apartment is very generous for the city with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have an ensuite and a double bed!
The kitchen is amazing and fully furnished with crockery and appliances. The living room is nice and spacious with a TV. We also have a combination washer and dryer. You will not need anything except some bedding and towels! There is also a gym in the building with only a $50 fee.
Everything is close by and within easy walking distance as we are on Queen Street:
Woolworths: 7 minutes
K-Road: 8 minutes
Commercial Bay: 10 minutes
A little bit about me: I am 21 years old and just graduated Auckland University. I am clean and tidy with a love for art and meeting new people. I do occasionally have friends around but I make sure to respect people’s space and hope to be friends with you as we learn more about each other.
Who I am looking for: I am looking for a working professional or working student around my age. You must be clean tidy and pay utilities and rent on time (we can come up with for a system for this). My landlord is amazing and very understanding. I would like someone who understands shift work as especially next year I will be working full time in the hospital. I do not have a preference of female, male or in between :)
The important details:
Rent: 550pw which is $275 each. My landlord will keep this price stable over the summer and it will go up by $50 each ($325pw each) in February which is still an amazing price for the apartment in the city.
Utilities: Water is included, Electricity is around $90-120 a month for two people.
Wifi is $55 a month with Skinny unlimited. This is sometimes slow wifi so I am willing to change plans of necessary :).
You must provide details of two references to my landlord and evidence of a job.
My roommate is moving out November 18th so anytime after that you can move in. You must contribute $550 to a 4 week bond.
If you have any questions for me or the landlord please message me and if this sounds like the apartment for you text me and we can organise a day for you to come over and see the apartment
