SHORT TERM FLATTIE WANTED 🏠

Our short term flattie is moving back home and on the hunt for another person to join us☺️ (female only)

The room will be available from the 1st of April.

Location: West Auckland Massey

Rent: $200 a week

Stay: Around the 3 month mark but flexible on staying shorter or longer!

Bills: Spilt between everyone monthly

We have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom + a separate toilet. 3 decks, outdoor bar area and separate laundry space.

The room is perfect for someone travelling and needs a cosy place to stay for the meantime! Room comes furnished with bed and put in 2 door wardrobe ect..

We are located next street over from a motorway so very handy and a couple min drive from westage shopping centre.

Public transport in the area great also. Lots of off street parking.

The room and house pictured looks different now as this is staging photos when the house was purchased. If interested can send updated photos and videos of the room and house ☺️

Currently in the house: 1 couple live in granny flat below us they work full time. We have 3 people upstairs. Myself, my partner and my brother. All work full time.
