Room description

Centrally located, with main bus routes and motorways on your doorstep, plus the mall a 5min walk away this is a great spot for anyone looking for a flat on the North Shore. Our house is large (2 lounges, 2 bathrooms, and outdoor seating), so plenty of room for relaxing. The room is a single bedroom with plenty of closet space and a view over the lawn.

We are a pretty laid-back group. My husband (41M) and I (27F) own the place and are both teachers. Our 3rd flatmate (26M) is currently studying teaching. (Don't be put off by this though; we promise we're not too bossy)

We are looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy, and up for the occasional boardgame night. We mostly keep to ourselves, but are always happy to have a chat.
