We are looking to rent a room in our tidy, well positioned inner city apartment. The room is a second floor ensuite and comes partly furnished with a queen bed and side tables. It also has twin wardrobes and shelving for storage. There’s plenty of sun with its own french doors and a balcony sporting a view of the sky tower. The apartment has white-ware, furniture, internet and most of what you need for comfortable urban living. Walking distance to the hospital, universities, K Road and the CBD. Plenty of parks, gyms, cafes and cultural hotspots nearby. Quick access to bus and train routes and motorways. In a secure building.
