Room description
We have 2 rooms available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in Mount Wellington, near the Ellerslie/Remuera border. The location is ideal, with Lunn Ave and Stonefields shops just minutes away. Ellerslie and Panmure town centers are also close by.
The house offers easy access to the motorway, as well as the southern and eastern train lines. Several bus routes are also within walking distance. You’ll find Waiatarua Reserve and Mount Wellington nearby, offering beautiful parks for outdoor activities.
The rent is $240 per week. Each room will share an exclusive bathroom with the other room. An additional $30 per week covers electricity, gigabit internet, and water. This cost may increase if it doesn’t cover expenses or if there’s abnormal power usage.
The kitchen, dining room, lounge, and garage (with a washing machine and dryer) are furnished. Tenants will need to furnish their bedrooms. The house includes an HRV system and an alarm.
We are friendly, quiet, and in our mid-20s, working 9-5 on weekdays. While we enjoy socializing occasionally, this is not a party house.
