Room description
First week of accomodation is free, if move in before 20th Sept.The vacant room is 1 of 4 on the first floor. It faces west so gets good sun all afternoon. The room now has a double bed in it. Each floor has a separate lounge (with TV and heat-pump) and separate bathroom with shower. The dwelling is on a rear section, and double-glazed throughout, also fully insulated including underfloor, and with moisture barrier on the ground. The section is fully fenced and completely concreted and paved, with trees around the perimeter. There is ample parking for 6 vehicles, also a lock up shed for housemates' sole use. The property is handily located to shops, Barrington Mall, restaurants and bus stops, also has a dedicated cycle lane along the street. There is no minimum stay period, short term is fine, although current residents are planning longish term (at least a year). Current tenants include three females and 3 males, all fully employed (2 PhD students) from all around the world, and who get on very well together, enjoy outdoor activities and keep a very tidy house.
