The house is fully gated /electric gates & backs onto Waimari golf course with gated access onto the fairway. Access permitted. Stunning huge Bottle lake Forrest is 500 meters along the road and the beach is within walking distance 15 mins along the road or via the Forrest which is such a beautiful walk ; shaded pine trees an abundance of beauty. Cycle tracks for miles. A Peaceful Spiritual place to be. There is a bus stop 75 meters away to get you to the hustle & bustle of the city. 9k distance to the heart. Approximately $2 cost. Everything you need is close by at Queens park shopping centre with an array of shop's,restaurant's, library, supermarket, Post office, Chippy, Chemist. Too many to list. Also within walking distance is QE2 leisure centre with its huge pool, Spa, Sauna, Steam room, Gymnasium, Sports hall and cafe. 2 very cute loveable small non shedding dogs and one cat live here.
