Room description
Utilities are included in the rent, besides food Single = $220 & Couple’s are $350. 1 weeks rent is required to move in, which can be used as your last weeks rent, providing that you have not damaged anything, and it doesn’t need to be used as a bond. A flatmate agree my will be signed as well, when you move in. References are needed as well, to make sure, you’ll be tidy, respectful and friendly to the flat, the flatmates and the flat pets. 2 goats, 3 cats and a puppy, so must like animals. Property is located just out of Hamilton, in the country. It is quiet out here, but still quick enough to get into town when needed, 10-15mins max anywhere in town. Not a party house but don’t mind having a drink here and there or having friends over every so often. Not a druggie house apart from anything that is medical and smoking is to be done outside only. House is fully furnished. These photo’s are before moving in, as I prefer not to post images of what furniture we have. The rooms are not furnished but both can come with a queen bed if needed.
