Room description
The bedrooms has a private entrance, fully furnished with a very quiet street and a safe parking (Tamatea). It is also very easy to walk to Tamatea pak'n save as it takes less than 5 minutes. Shops and takeout close by. Bus route to Napier City and EIT Taradale.
It also take 5 min drive to the shops located in Taradale or EIT.
We are looking for someone who is working, clean, tidy, and pays rent on time. There are two room available both has private entrance and fully furnished room.
Located at a very quiet street, safe parking. 5 minutes walking distance to Tamatea Pak n Save and shops. Bus route to Taradale and Napier. 5 min drive to EIT.
Suitable for student or single person or even couple (Would be extra for couple). The larger room rental is 320.00 per week for single person.
No children No parties, No pets, No smoking and works full time. Flat has a complete separate yard and off street parking from the main house.
