One large double bedroom available for rent in a sunny four-bedroom two-bathroom home, located in Inglewood.
Available Monday 25th November 2024.
Rent is $195/week for an individual or $270/week for a couple.
Bond is three weeks of rent to be paid when signing contract..
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
• You'll be living with a working professional female and one working male.
• The house has been partially furnished, so all you need is your bed and clothes.
• Includes a heat pump, gas infinity and double glazing on windows
OUTSIDE PERKS:
• The outside area of the house has lots of grass for that summer lounging, a vegetable garden and lemon tree.
• Lots of parking available on the front of the property and off-street parking.
EXTRAS.
• There are three cats, that love attention, so an animal lover would be preferred. Unfortunately, we are not able to have anymore animals living on the property.
• Looking for someone respectful, working, clean, tidy and will take care of the property and and love animals like their own (don’t worry food and vet visits are sorted).
BILLS AND RENT
• Bills include Gas, Power, Internet (includes Netflix) and flat consumables. These will be split between those in the house.
• Lease options are either 6 or 12 month contracts.
