Im 20 years old and looking for place near palmerston north as needing to move due to family complications. Im on a winz benefit only time income will change is when get a full time job. Winz is a guarantee income weekly. I can do 180 rent at the max. Im looking at studying from home next year to work towards a full time job as well. This be my first time moving away from home. Keep in mind im a smoker but happy to do outside.
