We have 1 bedroom within our house available to rent. It is a large loft with carpet There is 2 single beds. Smart T.V. and Wifi, Fridge. Microwave and kettle. There is a shared dining room with tables and chairs down stairs and a shared bathroom and 2 separate toilets. We are looking for short-term renters for max 3 months at a time. Payment for the room is in advance of your stay. May suit someone in between houses, fruit pickers, students, and professionals. This is a nonsmoker's house. We have smoke detectors. Nice peaceful location in the countryside however close to Tauranga just 20 mins away. Plenty of parking. 2 owners living in the house. Furnished with bed linen. includes water and electricity.
