The current roommates, the homeowner and a working professional are both quiet and clean.

Rent is $200 a week, including bills and Wi-Fi.
Bond is 2 weeks rent $400
The room to let is perfect for a single tenant, we are looking for someone who can stay for a long term preferably.
Need to be a full time employed
