A fully furnished room in a 4-bedroom house is up for grabs @ 361 Ohiro Road, Brooklyn. Two shared washrooms, shared kitchen, and a living area. Neat and tidy house with proper ventilation, double glazed windows and washing machine. Cooking utensils, dinnerwares, microwave, fridge all available. So come with your bag and live in this amazing house :)
10-minute drive to the city and 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
You will be sharing the house with 3 working guys of different nationalities. We are all easy-going and respectful of each other's space and privacy. Due to work commitments, one of the guys is away from home most of the time and you will see him occasionally on weekends.
Cleanliness is important to us so cleaning of the common areas is done on a rotating roster every 1-2 weeks. Toiletries and other cleaning materials are shared among the tenants.
Bond - $750, Rent - $190pw (power and wifi not included)
Two car parking slots available (shared on a rotating roster), and on-street parking available too.
