Hi a mate is moving soon, so we’re looking for 1-2 flatmates. Fully furnished rooms for rent, move in anytime, on hill near Newtown (Mornington).

Great scenery, quiet forest in town, charming granny style interior.

Room 2: $215/week, brand new carpet, big closet, full-length mirror.

Room 3: $230/week, master bedroom, 2x big closets, full-length mirror, largest windows, sliding door to porch.

Expenses/Utilities: Fast Fibre internet/Wifi, hot water, & electricity, shared (around $20~30/week).

Lease:

2 weeks bond. Flexible lease terms. Prefer long term stay but negotiable. We plan to have 3-4 people in the house total, and we’re flexible switching rooms around to suit you.
