Room description
One large room is available in a 2 bedroom apartment on Torrens Terrace for a couple or single. Super central with bus stops and all amenities just a 5 minute walk!
You’ll be living with one other flatmate, who is friendly and very chill.
Bedroom, lounge and kitchen will come unfurnished, apart from whiteware. This includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/stovetop, and washer dryer combo! So it’s perfect if you’re moving from a place with your furnishings!
The available room has enough space for a queen bed, drawers and shelves, along with a generous wardrobe for extra storage.
Our bathroom comes with a bathtub for those self care days, along with extra storage behind the mirror.
The lounge space is large enough for desk set-ups if you’re a student or WFH, as well as a couch+coffee table or dining table.
Beautiful wooden balcony perfect for growing plants or having your morning coffee outside!
Rent per week: $395 total for room
Wifi: $5.75 per person pw
Communal costs: to be negotiated with current flatmate
Power: split monthly, usually $50-70 per person
Optional car parking in garage, organised separately through property management around $75 pw, or on road coupon parking.
Available 1st September, or can negotiate slightly earlier.
You’ll be taking over the current lease with option to renew late November.
