Spacious, nice and cosy house. Centrally located and close the Tawa centre where there local shops including New World, Medical Centre. The bus stop is 2 walk away and the train to Wellington is 15min. A 10mins drive to Porirua. 2 rooms are available in the house. They are both large and can come unfurnished or furnished. the rooms do fit in a queen bed and drawers and a built in wardrobe. Rent includes wifi, kitchen stuff, rubbish collection. Power will be shared as it comes.
