- One room has a Queen bed (No bedding, you need to sort that out)
- The apartment is laid back, clean, and not a party house, though we enjoy occasional fun.

- Shared utilities and broadband.
- Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, and Neon for some binge-watching time if you need that.
- Ready for move-in by a friendly working professional who loves dogs, cleanliness, and is considerate of fellow flatmates.
- No on-site parking, but Wilson Parking is nearby.
- Rooms available at $200 per week plus bills (around $45-$50 per week).
