Room for rent in the beautiful suburb of Brooklyn, just a short drive/walk to the center of town.
You'd be living with one couple (mid-late 20s) and another single male (mid 20s)
We all tend to keep to ourselves however are super friendly and love a bit of banter while cooking or when hanging out in communal spaces.
There is a stunning view of the harbor. (See pictures below)
The rear of the property hosts a dog grooming business so if you love dogs then you're more than welcome to see the pups.
Rent is $200 per week with a bond of $400 (flexible based on circumstances, can possibly lower this to $200 bond) making this super affordable for someone on a budget.
Expenses are $25 per week
