Room description

Room available in Mt Cook, on top of Cuba Street! This is a very warm and modern 4 bedrooms apartment. This comes with 2 dishwashers, washing machine and dryer. There are two bathrooms so you only have to share with one person. The room is furnished with bed and closet, happy to sell other furnitures I have as well (table, chair, bedside drawer etc) if needed. The property manager is also very responsive and inspections are held regularly so there is no need to worry about flat issues (ie mold etc.)
