Room description
[The room]
• A Spacious room to fit a double bed and two desks.
• Semi-furnished with a double bed frame,a mattress and a desk.
• Built-in wardrobe (with extra storage above)
• Sun through two large windows and with curtains.
• Room has a great view of the valley, surrounded by birds chirping.
[The flat]
• Fully-kitted out kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer, toaster, hot press toaster, cutlery, heaps of pots and pans.
• Furnished living area, with 2 big comfy sofa, TV(with Netflix), tea table, and heat pump
• 1 Bathroom and 1 toilet. (Our flatmates usually use them in different time)
• Washing machine and drier, plus a clothes line on outside

• A chill group of 3 welcoming, friendly, and easy-going flatmates who tend to do their own thing, but always up for a chat when crossing paths in the kitchen or living room
• 2 males who work full-time and 1 female who is a student.
• Flatmates take turn to clean the shared area.

• You’ll be in a great location in Karori. A minute away from bus stop for Bus number 2, 18 &33.
• 9 minutes bus to Victoria University and 17 minutes bus to Wellington Station.
• Plenty of on road parking.
