Available from mid-late October 2024 to 18th January 2025
Sunny large room with built-in wardrobe and ensuite. Comes furnished with queen bed, desk, side tables as shown in photos.
Fully equipped house so easy move-in, only 2 other flatmates.
Lovely garden terrace with amazing views and sunsets over the harbour.
Great location with 5 minute walk to Oriental Bay beach or 15mins walk into the city, or easy 10min bus ride on #14 or #24 bus to the CBD.
Free on-street parking, shed for bike storage.
Suit couple or single looking for a good place to settle into Wellington and explore for the summer
Rent: $420 per week (excluding power etc) usually around $20/pw.
