Room 1 is huge, opens to the garden and has a large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of built in storage - $295 / week. Available from 4 March, furnished or unfurnished.
Room 2 is large, has plenty of built in storage, a skylight, opens to the lush garden and adjoining garage - $230 / week (single). Available immediately, furnished or unfurnished.
There's a spacious sunny lounge and dining area, access to the garden, shared study for WFH, a TV with Netflix, a garage, and a storage shed.
The bus is virtually across the road. Close to the train, Khandallah Village, and bush walks.

• Rent is $230 or $295 per week.
• Move in cost is one week’s rent and a $700 bond.
• Shared cooking - $35 pw for food and household items.
• Power, gas, and internet - $25 per week.

You would be living with an awesome - independent, bubbly, female (33 yrs). She loves to cook, work, enjoys bush walks, Kapa Haka and horse riding and lives with a mild learning disability. While she has her own weekly schedule and support you would be asked to provide some back-up, much like a 'big sister'/ role model e.g. tell her to turn the lights off. This is not expected to take much time or to impact on your existing commitments. Your contribution would be acknowledged by payment of a weekly gratuity.
