It is a private and modern house with small garden and sunny deck, two lounges, big and fully equipped kitchen. It is located in Avonhead between Maidstone road and Ilam shops, close to UC and bus stop At the moment there are 2 flat mates, both graduate students, both 20yo
About the room
It is double room fully furnished: electric double long King bed, two bed sides, ensuite with two wash basins, toilette and shower, and walk-in wardrobe. There is plenty of room for a desk but there are available study areas in the lounge.
