Avonside Loop -Lovely Villa-beautiful garden for BBQ's -Available. We are away and will rent the entire house.
3 Double rooms, warm and sunny. House has all provided, garden space if you enjoy the vege patch. The house is fully furnished with brand new fridge, washer included. There is plenty of free street parking nearby and off street also.
The location is excellent! Walking distance to river and parks, downtown and plenty of shops, stores and delicious restaurants nearby.
My ideal match would be, older person or couple, quiet, and tidy.Open to mature student or responsible traveller's.
A two week bond is payable before moving in.
