Fully furnished downstairs bedroom available immediately.
Furnished with a queen slat bed and quality innersprung mattress, bedside table, large solid wood chest of draws, panel heater, flat screen tv and own private bathroom!
This room gets plenty of sun and is well ventilated. Double glazed and fully insulated, Stay warm and dry this winter!
Great mix of flatmates from around the globe who happily socialise together. Happy to have a few drinks and BBQ at the weekend but prefer quiet during the week as we all work.
Expenses are $40 per week and include fully a furnished room, communal area cleaner, Sky TV movies and sport, fibre WIFI and power.
House is maintained to a very high standard and you will absolutely enjoy living here!
So close to Addington shops, cafes etc. Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital and CBD are literally a short walk away. Location is amazing.
