Room description
about the flat:
or flat is located in Russley and we boarder Avonhead park which is amazing in summer. we have a large lounge and conservatory that we like to use as a sunny hang out space along with a little courtyard that sits before out backyard. We love to just hang out as a flat and chill in the lounge after work and catch up.
About the room:
the room is a spacious large room that can comfortably fit a queen sized bed and sets of draws like pictured. its looks smaller when the room is empty which is confusing but it also comes with a built in wardrobe that has space for hanging clothes and also has a couple shelves. the room has a nice large window that captures the afternoon sun. p.s we reckon its the second best room in the flat so a pretty good steal if you ask me.
Preferred flatmate:
we are looking for a couple in the same age group as us (19-22) and who are social people who won't hide in their rooms. we love to hang out and play board games while having a couple drinks here and there. this is not a party house at all nut we o enjoy having friends over every now and then. we are after people who will be more like friends rather than flatmates, we are wanting people who are clean, tidy, respectful and who will pay rent on time.
