Room description
We are two easy going women in our 20’s looking for a new flatmate. It’s a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully furnished house.
We are super chill and easy going. One of us works from home and is more a home body the other works away from home and is more of a social butterfly
This tenancy is on the condition of taking over a fixed term tenancy. The fixed term is until October 30th of this year. After October 30th the tenancy will roll into a periodic tenancy, and we do intend on staying in this house so there is the option to continue the tenancy even longer if you’re looking for somewhere more permanent.
The room will come furnished with the double bed, bed side table and it also has a sliding, double door wardrobe
Conditions:
-There is a upfront move in cost of $840.00 that will need to be paid to the landlord prior to move in for bond, as again, it is a taking over another tenancy
-The price of the rent is $210 a week, non negotiable
-There is NO parking spaces at the immediate premises unfortunately. We live on a main road, with no roadside parking and a very small driveway with a house behind us. There is roadside parking around the corner by Waipuna Park, but there is no immediate view of the car parks.
-Unfortunately there are also no more pets allowed. We have 2 bunnies and 1 cat at the moment, and the landlords aren’t allowing any additional pets on the property.
-No couples sorry
-If we like your vibe and think you’ll fit right in, we will then pass your contact information onto the landlord and they will contact you. You’ll need to pass their background checks.
The $210 is just the price of the rent. Any additional costs such as wifi, power and water will be split into thirds between all flatmates.
You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself in a timely manner, eg, doing your own dishes and washing. Essentially if you’re tidy and respectful you’ll fit right in. Other than that we're easy going and don’t have many requirements for a flatmate. Message me to meet us and view the room
