I have a room available in Welcome Bay for rent.
Rent will be $220 per week for a single person. This covers everything all you provide is your own food.
Move in costs are 2 weeks bond.
There is one car park available.
Has great views of the Kaimais and warm in summer.
Bbq available aswell.
You will be living with the home owner working full time and one other male who is moving out soon. It has a shared bathroom, wood fire, nice outdoor area.
No smokers, must be clean and tidy, rent must be paid on time.
No pets, short walk to the bus stop.
Must be working.
Not a party house but open to drinks sometimes.
Bedroom is unfurnished with a wardrobe but the rest of the house has everything you need. It can fit a queen bed.
