This is a 3 room downstairs flat, with own bathroom and an off-road car park. Plenty of storage.

Looking for someone quiet, stable, preferably longterm. Professional. Our previous flatmate was here for 4 years.
There are 3 rooms; main bedroom or living area, another bedroom and the central room has always been a mini kitchenette/Dining area for tenants.
Most have converted it into a mini kitchen with your own fridge, microwave, stove top cooker etc. But also sharing the main kitchen upstairs for cleaning dishes, getting water etc.
This was newly painted and carpeted just a few years ago. The curtains are being replaced for this tenancy. The bathroom will be renovated by the landlords before the end of the year (new shower and basin/tap installation). The interior of the storage cupboards has been recently resealed, so dry and safe.
Washing machine & dryer are up in the main part of the house. This works just fine if sort out our times to work around one another.
$450 covers the 3 rooms and also includes all utilities; power, water and internet (you may need to get an internet extender) and using the laundry room appliances.
Very close to bus route (8 min walk), 5 minutes drive from Pak n Save Royal Oak or Three Kings Woolworths and The Warehouse. Also close to motorway access (15 mins to airport).
